Property in Mauritius, handled properly.

(formerly Neptune Stays/ StaysByNeptune)

blu is a Mauritius real estate company based in Moka, Mauritius. We help people buy and sell homes, land and commercial property across the island, and we manage a small, selected portfolio of holiday rentals.

We started blu because buying or selling property here is often harder than it needs to be. Information is incomplete, pricing is guesswork, and follow-up depends on who remembers to reply on WhatsApp. We think a property transaction, whether it's a family home or a commercial building, deserves clear information, honest advice and someone who sees it through to the notary.
